Planning included with a party booking
The idea is simple: a business could fund planning access for its booked families. Parents would organize their party and invite guests; with the parent’s permission, the venue could receive a limited summary of children and adults responding yes, siblings included in that count, outstanding replies and the response deadline.
We want to learn how indoor-play venues and children’s activity studios handle this today, what their existing booking tools already do well, and which details arrive too late. The business program is a proposal. The family app and its current free and paid offers are separate and available today.
A useful count, with the family in control
A proposed venue view would show the operational information a parent chooses to share. It would not give a business unrestricted access to family contacts, photographs or private notes. RSVP responses describe plans at a point in time; they do not guarantee attendance.
If you host repeat parties, tell us when you need the final count and whether children, adults and siblings affect your capacity, staffing or pricing. Please describe your process without sending real guest lists or private family information.
Help parents find your business
Our party-business directory preview contains a small, clearly labeled set of public-source examples across the country. These are factual research listings, not claimed profiles or endorsements. Businesses can request a correction or suggest a free basic listing through our existing support address.
We are also exploring optional enhanced profiles and clearly labeled sponsored placement. Pricing and availability will follow a defined service and evidence of useful referrals; no ranking, booking volume or leads are guaranteed.
Contextual sponsorships
Relevant party products and businesses can discuss placements alongside public planning content. Any offer will identify the page, placement, duration, advertising label and measured audience before a booking. We do not offer access to private guest lists or family data.
