Privacy Choices and Requests

Mommy's Little Party Planner does not sell personal information or consumer health data and does not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Choices available in the Service
- Turn optional first-party analytics on or off in the app's Account screen. Analytics are off by default.
- Edit or delete party and guest information.
- Unpublish guest links.
- Delete your account from the Account screen.
- Change contacts, camera, and photo permissions in device settings.
- Remove allergy or dietary information or ask the host to remove it.
Submit a request
Email zach@protocolmediallc.com to request access, correction, deletion, or a portable copy of eligible personal information; to withdraw consumer health data consent; or to ask whether information was disclosed to a service provider.
Use the subject "Privacy Request" or "Consumer Health Data Request." Include the account email or enough information to identify the relevant guest submission. We may ask for additional information to verify identity or authority. Do not send passwords or full payment-card numbers.
An authorized agent may submit a request where permitted by law. We may request proof of authority and may also verify the request directly with the consumer.
If we deny a request, reply to our decision with the subject "Privacy Appeal." We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.
