Who writes and reviews this site
Planning guides, tool instructions, feature explanations, and comparison pages are produced and reviewed by the Mommy's Little Party Planner Editorial Team at Protocol Media LLC. We use that team name on articles because the work represents the company rather than a credentialed individual expert. We do not invent an author biography, professional qualification, customer story, rating, or result to make a page look more authoritative than its evidence allows.
How we check product claims
Before publishing a statement about the app, we compare it with the current implemented product, its entitlement rules, and its release documentation. We distinguish the iPhone host app from browser-based guest RSVP pages, explain free and paid limits in ordinary language, and avoid promising automatic delivery, browser features, exports, or collaboration behavior that the product does not provide. Prices and subscription terms are checked against the current offer contract, but Apple remains the source of the price and billing terms shown at purchase.
Planning guidance and calculator estimates
Our editorial planning pages are practical starting points, not universal rules. Families, venues, budgets, cultures, ages, and accessibility needs differ. Calculator results are deliberately broad planning estimates based only on the inputs and assumptions shown on the tool page; they are not quotes, market-price research, nutritional guidance, or a guarantee of what a party will cost or consume. We label those limits beside the result so a number is not separated from its context.
Allergy and food-safety boundaries
Our allergy content explains a communication workflow: ask families for relevant information, keep each answer with the correct RSVP, and confirm the plan directly with the family and food provider. It is not medical advice and does not diagnose an allergy or certify that food, a kitchen, or a venue is safe. For authoritative background, consult the U.S. Food and Drug Administration's food-allergy guidance and the CDC's food-allergy resources for schools and programs. A child's parent or guardian and qualified health professionals remain the right sources for that child's needs.
Comparisons and external sources
Comparison pages cover a narrow kids-party use case. We link to the competitor's own public product pages, state when those sources were checked, and use qualified wording when a feature or price may change. A comparison is not an endorsement and should not replace checking the other provider's current terms before choosing or paying. We do not copy competitor marketing copy beyond what is necessary to identify and fairly summarize a public claim.
Dates, updates, and corrections
Every dated planning article displays its original publication date. When a substantive update changes the advice or evidence, we will add an updated date rather than quietly presenting old material as new. If you spot an inaccurate product claim, broken source, unclear estimate, or material omission, email support@mommyslittlepartyplanner.com with the page address and the issue. We review correction requests against primary evidence and update the page when a correction is warranted.
Privacy in editorial measurement
When website analytics are enabled, we use cookie-free Vercel analytics to understand pages, broad referrers, device categories, and limited call-to-action interactions.
