A little help with the big job

Keep the joy. Let the app hold the details.

One guest list. The real headcount.

Keep replies, extra siblings, and family food notes together. Guests answer through a link in their browser.

Your plan, beyond the invitation.

Keep the checklist, budget, shopping, and schedule beside the party. Fewer details to rebuild in another app.

A little less after-party homework.

Keep gift notes with the guests, so thank-yous start with the details you need instead of a guessing game.

A few things you might be wondering.

Who is this kids birthday planner for?

Mommy’s Little Party Planner is for parents, guardians, and adult caregivers organizing kids’ parties. Host accounts, party management, and purchases require age 18 or older. Kids are the people being celebrated, not the app’s intended users. Adult invitees respond on behalf of their families.

Which devices do hosts and guests need?

Hosts plan in the iPhone app. Guests open a private RSVP link in any phone browser, so they do not need the app or an account.

Can an RSVP include siblings and allergy information?

Yes. Each family can include sibling headcounts and answer the allergy question while they RSVP. Those details are provided to the host and authorized co-hosts for that party.

What is included in the first free party?

The account's one lifetime free party includes the core planning flow, six invitation designs used in the RSVP experience, Text Guest with personalized wording and private RSVP links, shared wording you can edit once for the party, response tracking, editable thank-yous, and up to 10 shared photos. Saving or sharing a separate finished invitation image is a paid feature.

Does the app automatically text every guest?

No. The app shows which families have not replied and provides a guided, one-at-a-time Messages handoff. You stay in control of whom you contact and when.

What can a co-host see and change?

On a paid party, an invited co-host can view and change the party information they are helping manage, including the guest and RSVP details available to the host. Only invite someone you trust with those details, and remove their access when it is no longer needed.

What happens if a private invitation link is forwarded?

Anyone who receives or is forwarded a shared link may be able to use the information and actions shown through it, so send links only to intended families. Published invitation data expires about 30 days after the party date, or sooner if the party is deleted.

Does deleting my account cancel VIP?

No. VIP billing is managed by Apple and continues until it is canceled in Apple Subscriptions. Deleting the app or the Mommy's Little Party Planner account does not cancel an active subscription.

Does website analytics receive party or guest details?

No. When enabled, the public site uses cookie-free Vercel analytics for page, referrer, device-category, and limited CTA interaction information. It does not send party content, guest or contact details, allergies, photos, or message text.
