Getting back to your saved plan
Sign in to your planner with the same email you used to create your account. If you forgot your password, use the recovery option on that screen. A new account must verify its email before saving the first party.
If a change has not saved
Keep the page open and look at the save notice. If it reports a problem, use Retry and wait for the saved confirmation before closing the page. A pending or failed save is not confirmed storage.
The separate website calculators and wording tools do not save or transfer results automatically. Copy useful results into your own notes or saved party plan.
Account and app help
Include the email address associated with your account, the device you are using, and a short description of what happened. Please do not send passwords or payment card details.
Privacy and deletion requests
To request access, correction, export, or deletion of your personal information, email us with the subject line Privacy Request or Delete My Account.
